Equipment Installation

 

 

1. The installation ground should be solid and flat, and there should be enough space for operation.

 

2. This machine uses 380 three-phase four-wire power supply, and the machine must have a good grounding.

 

3. Power cord: 10m 2The above copper core wires. The external power supply needs to be connected to a 100A leakage protector.

 

4. The installation environment needs to be dust-free and clean, and must not be installed with engraving machines and other dust-generating

equipment In the same place, it is best to have a separate room if possible.

 

5. Since our factory equipment has the function of inflation, it is required to connect to an external compressed air source.

 

The PU air pipe connected to the equipment has a specification of 8×2 mm.

 

6. There must be at least 1 meter of space around the equipment. The general principle for placing the host is:

 

Place the power distribution frame operation panel of the host computer toward a convenient location for operation.

 

7. Equipment installation sequence:

 

(1) Before installation, remove the packaging, first remove the workbench on the main unit, and then pull the inner workbench

 

Pull out a part, the part should not exceed half of the workbench, take out all the accessories in the workbench,

 

The main machine is equipped with movable legs.

 

(2) Then determine the position of the host, and pay attention to prevent the host from slipping out and injuring people! Adjust the host after installation

Outrigger height. 

(4) Adjust the height of the legs to ensure that the auxiliary platform and the main machine guide rail remain in the same plane.

(5) Connect the wires between the auxiliary station and the main unit according to the corresponding wire size and check.Check whether the wires and other pipes are loose.

(6) According to the line number, approach the platform limit, slowdown near the platform,and exit the platform limit switch to adjust the position of the bumper plate.Make sure the gap is appropriate

 

(7) Pull out the drag chain in the workbench, connect the drag chain head to the baffle, and connect the power cord to the lower line.

The temperature sensor wire is connected to the corresponding position of PLC, red "+", blue "-".

(8) Before installing the power distribution cabinet, check whether the circuit is loose, and then connect the external power supply.

The wire is 10 square national standard copper wire. The power supply is three-phase four-wire.If the voltage meter indicates a large deviation, check whether the main power supply circuit is correct.
