The difference between a sander and a polsiher

Sanding machine: Mainly aimed at the woodworking board processing industry, floor and wall panel processing industry, bamboo and wooden handicraft processing industry, and bamboo and wooden toy processing enterprises, this sanding equipment is specially developed with the characteristics of simple operation, high degree of automation, high production efficiency, mature and stable technology, and complete supporting facilities. It can be perfectly connected with the automatic production line to form various automatic production lines.

A sander uses the cutting action of gravel to smooth out machining marks, burrs, stains, etc. on the surface of an object. A polisher uses polishing wax to fill in pits on the surface of an object, making the surface smoother.

The polishing process is generally used to grind and polish carved boards, while the polishing machine is used to polish white stubble and primer, especially for MDF solid wood boards. Its working principle is: the motor drives the sisal and gauze strips of circular discs and vertical rollers installed on the polishing machine. Due to the friction between the polishing disc and the surface to be polished, the white stubble can be removed and the seventh polishing can be achieved.
