This equipment has a total power of 15KW and adopts a three-phase four-wire AC380V, 50HZ power supply. It is equipped with a roll shaft of 400mm length, whose roll mold has a maximum diameter of 280mm (nylon material) and roll diameter of 15mm (customizable, 40 chromium with heat treatment processing); the fixed shaft center distance is adjustable within 350-750mm, and the roll speed ranges from 0 to 15 revolutions per minute. The Y-axis cylinder thrust is available in 20/30/40 tons, with a feed stroke of 0-22mm, positioning accuracy of ±0.1mm and repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.1mm, while the X-axis has a maximum torque of 9000 N.m (3000 N. m3)and positioning accuracy of less than 0.5mm. It supports one-time bending molding of profiles with a maximum size of 400mm200mm and a minimum inner arc processing radius of 100mm (depending on the actual material size). The main machine dimensions are 184013601350mm, the operating console dimensions are 5005101500mm, and the total weight is 2500kg
