Precautions for use
The rotating parts of the cutter head should be inspected regularly or irregularly, and the wearing parts should be monitored in real time and replaced regularly.
The machine should be thoroughly cleaned every week. The horizontal and vertical guide rails and the transmission gear and rack should be cleaned and filled with lubricating oil.
Check whether the horizontal and vertical cutting heads are working normally. If there is any abnormality, find out the reason in time. If you can't solve it by yourself, you must contact a professional technician.
Check whether all the knives are loose, clean up the garbage on the knives, and keep the rotary knives in a normal position.
For the automatic height adjustment device, check whether it is sensitive, and tighten the cutter head several times before cutting to make the air pressure more stable.
Check whether the knife belt is too long or too short, and judge whether the distance between the two ends of the damper is the same. If the knife belt is too long or too short, it is not conducive to normal cutting work.
Dust must be checked and removed every working day, the dirt on the machine tool and guide rails should be cleaned, the bed should be kept clean, maintenance must be in place, the air source and power supply must be turned off when off work, and the remaining air in the box must be emptied. Machine tool belt at the same time.
If you leave the machine for a long time, you should turn off the power to prevent illegal operation by non-professionals.
