What are the installation instructions and maintenance of a double-barrel vacuum cleaner for woodworking?
The woodworking vacuum cleaner is a movable dust removal equipment barrel bag vacuum cleaner used to purify the working environment, improve work quality, and recycle emissions. It is easy to use and install.
I. Installation Instructions:
1. Installing the Casters: Turn the chassis upside down and install the four casters at the four corners. Then flip the chassis upright.
2. Installing the Motor Base: Align the holes in the motor base with the holes in the chassis base and secure with screws.
3. Installing the Casing: Place the rubber gasket at the fan port for sealing. Secure with screws and washers.
4. Installing the Tee: Place the rubber gasket at the outlet of the casing. Place the Tee on top of the casing, aligning the holes and securing with screws.
5. Install the cylinders: Place two cylinders, one on each side of the tee. Align the holes between the cylinder outlet and the tee outlet and secure with screws. Then install support rods 1 and 2, four on each side, and secure with screws.
6. Install the dust bag and cross-connection: Place the dust bag at the top and bottom openings of the cylinders. Secure the dust bag to the top and bottom inside of the cylinders with steel rings, four on each side. Then install the cross-connection, securing the large openings of the four barrels to the air inlet above the main unit.
7. Connect the machine: Connect the vacuum cleaner to a grounded 380V outlet. After debugging, it can begin normal operation.
II. Operation and Maintenance:
1. Before use, check for damaged wiring and loose or broken plugs to avoid accidents.
2. During use, if any leakage, motor overheating, or unusual noises occur, immediately stop the unit for repair to prevent overheating and burnout.
3. After each use, disconnect the power cord, remove any debris from the vacuum bag, and wipe the unit clean.
III. Precautions:
1. Do not insert your hands into the main unit to avoid personal injury.
2. Do not use the vacuum cleaner to vacuum liquids, glass shards, sticky objects, conductive metal powders, large objects, or hard objects.
3. Move the vacuum cleaner carefully and slowly.
4. If the machine malfunctions, stop using it and contact the manufacturer immediately.
