  The SFT1060 laser cutting machine features a working diameter range of 8-100 mm, powered by a 1500W Raycus laser source for high-performance cutting. It is equipped with a Fangling controller and a Smart Laser head for precision operation. The system includes an 8-100 mm high-precision chuck, servo motor drivers, and a China-made reducer for reliable motion control. Built with high-precision racks and Taiwan-made rails, the machine ensures smooth and accurate movement. Additional components include a water chiller for temperature regulation and an annealing, anti-vibration heavy bed for stability. The setup also incorporates AVENTICS technology for enhanced pneumatic control, making it a robust and efficient solution for industrial laser cutting applications.

The cutting head features a highly dustproof design with an IP65 rating and fully enclosed light path, minimizing lens contamination. It ensures precise motion picture zero focus, allowing flexible scale adjustment to unify the zero position without recalibrating process parameters. Efficient built-in water cooling for the focusing lens, collimating lens, and nozzle prevents overheating during cutting. Its optimized structural design includes an integrated body and an improved QBH fiber interface, eliminating jamming issues caused by water leakage or rust.

Chuck device

This equipment is fitted with front and rear dual pneumatic chucks, featuring button-controlled automatic centering and adjustable clamping force to effectively prevent pipe deformation. It boasts a maximum load capacity of 100KG, along with a rotation accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.05.
