How to routine maintenance of ATC Edge banding machine?
1. Maintain constant lubrication of the conveyor chain with lithium-based grease.
Specific instructions: With the edge banding machine's conveyor belt running, fill the grease gun that comes with the machine with lithium-based grease. Align the oil filler port with the row of nozzles on the lower beam of the edge banding machine and squeeze 5-8 times to ensure the lithium-based grease is completely absorbed by the guide rails.
2. The glue pot requires high-temperature grease, and the lubrication cycle is measured in weeks.
Specific operation method: With the glue pot operating normally, fill the grease gun provided with the edge banding machine with high-temperature lubricating oil. Align the oil outlet with the grease nozzle extending from the glue pot base and squeeze 6-8 times to allow the high-temperature lubricating oil to fully reach the bearing inside the glue shaft base for lubrication. The lubricating oil (worm gear oil, viscosity 460) should be replaced after the glue reduction motor has been running for 400 hours. Thereafter, the oil change interval is 4000 hours.
3. Check for sufficient lubricant in the centralized lubricant tank.
Specific instructions: Visually inspect the centralized lubricant tank for normal oil levels and power supply signals. Ensure the lubricant level is within the minimum mark. The oil pump power light will illuminate when the machine is powered on. If the oil pump has not been refilled for six consecutive months, it indicates the pump is not functioning properly or has a problem and requires inspection and repair.
4. Daily inspection of the moisture content in the triplex water cup after air intake.
Specific operation method: Visually inspect the liquid level in the triplex before leaving work each day. The third cup in the triplex collects moisture from the compressed air, which must be manually drained.
5. Regularly inspect tool integrity and wear.
Specific operation method: You can determine tool usage based on the results of the workpiece after machining, or you can periodically remove the tool's dust cover for visual inspection, depending on the situation.
6. Daily Cleaning After Hours
Specific instructions: 15 minutes before leaving get off work each day, perform a thorough cleaning of all equipment in operation, focusing on debris, scraps, and dust inside the machines.
