Product features
1. Rack performance New rigid design and finite element optimization analysis minimize the impact of bending deformation on workpiece quality. The frame adopts an integral welded steel plate structure, which has good rigidity, high strength and good distortion and deformation capabilities. The internal stress is eliminated through the overall tempering of the fuselage, surface shot peening and other processes, ensuring the long-lasting stability of the overall accuracy of the machine tool. The processing of the frame is completed in one go by the Spanish pentahedral machining center to ensure the horizontality and verticality of each mounting surface. This enables the workpiece to have excellent straightness and angle consistency. There is a mechanical stop in the oil cylinder to ensure the repeatable positioning accuracy of the slider to the bottom dead center to ensure the consistency of the bending angle during production.
2. Hydraulic system It adopts the most advanced German Rexroth fully closed-loop electro-hydraulic servo synchronization control system and three-piece hydraulic system with high synchronization accuracy. Germany's Rexroth (electro-hydraulic proportional servo synchronous control system) is a position control system that dynamically detects the synchronization error of the slider through a displacement sensor grating ruler, and corrects the synchronization error of the slider by the electro- hydraulic servo valve of the CNC system. The slide block can always remain parallel to the workbench under unbalanced load. Slider synchronization accuracy ≤±0.02mm.
The bottom dead center has a holding time that is programmable to ensure the accuracy of different parts. It has a slow return control function so that the operator can better control the workpiece. The seals in the oil cylinder adopt imported accessories, which have strong sealing performance and long service life. The pipe fittings and joints of the hydraulic system are imported from Germany, with high quality and strong performance. The hydraulic system has overload overflow safety protection. The oil level is clearly and intuitively displayed.
Displacement sensor grating ruler Spanish Fagor/Italian GIVI/Turkey Sentek displacement sensors are selected, and the high-precision guidance system and position measurement system closed-loop control can meet the processing needs of full length or offset load. The Y1 and Y2 axes--the left and right sides of the slider are each equipped with high Precision displacement sensors (Y1, Y2),which are used to measure the accurate position of the slider and the workbench. The displacement sensor is installed on the C-shaped frame and will not affect its measurement accuracy due to the elastic deformation of the frame. Accurate position data will be fed back To the CNC system, it can calculate the output servo valve control signals (S1, S2). Therefore, the positioning accuracy of the slider is ±0.02mm, and the repeatability accuracy is ±0.01mm.
4. Rear gauge assembly The X-axis is the backgauge control axis. It adopts EASYCAT servo motor and imported HIWIN precision ball screw drive linear guide rail guide, so that the X-axis transmission positioning accuracy is ≤±0.1mm. The two stoppers are always synchronized during movement to ensure improve the accuracy of the workpiece. The R-axis is the upper and lower control axis of the back gauge. It adopts EASYCAT servo motor and imported HIWIN precision ball screw transmission and precision guide rod upper and lower support guides, so that the upper and lower positioning accuracy of the R axis is ≤±0.1mm. The back gauge can move up and down. The movements are synchronized to ensure the accuracy of the workpiece
