SVS Series Vacuum Memmbrane Machine Operation guidance

1. Machine Preparation
- Connect all vacuum pipes securely
- Verify proper electrical connections
- Power on all system switches

2. Material Setup
- Place wood/MDF cabinet doors on the work table
- Activate table vacuum switches
- Position PVC film evenly across the table surface
- Trim excess film as needed

*Important Note: The vacuum pressure gauge comes pre-calibrated - DO NOT readjust!*

3. Vacuum Process
- Monitor until real-time pressure ("PV") matches set value ("SV")
- If PV=142, increase SV to 200
- *Note: Optimal SV varies by ambient temperature - consult our technicians for location-specific settings*
- Engage the table into the working position
- Observe material forming process

4. Completion
- Wait for completion alarm signal
- Carefully retract the work table
