Intelligent Single-Pass Beveling: OSPRI heads (such as the LCF series) feature high-precision rotary mechanisms that tilt up to 45 degrees, eliminating the need for multi-cut passes to achieve desired angles.
Extended Reach: Specifically designed with ultra-sharp tips and extended reach to seamlessly bevel large structural profiles up to 500 mm.
Real-Time Monitoring: Integrated with Bluetooth and EtherCAT, the systems provide real-time feedback on lens contamination, mirror temperature, and assist-gas pressure via dedicated mobile apps and CNC systems.
Crash Protection: Built-in non-destructive nozzle sensors and breakaway crash designs shield the optical head from impact, allowing for quick resets and minimal production downtime.
