This 6-axis CNC drilling machine has a working size of 5300x1200x140mm. It is equipped with a servo motor drive, CC spindle, EDT inverter, and Higerman controller from Nidec Shinpo reducer. It also uses Taiwanese guide rails and German high-precision gear racks. The overall drive, control, and transmission systems integrate high-quality components from multiple countries to meet the corresponding drilling processing needs.

Features

1.The six-sided drilling operation can be completed at one time without the need for flipping. The flipping plate can be positioned twice to improve the drilling progress.

2.The air-floating platform design avoids scratches on the plates and reduces manual labor intensity. Double clamps automatically adjust the clamping position according to the length of the plate, enabling diversified processing.

3.Slotted front and back.The front and back slots can be processed at the same time, and the front and back slots can be processed at the same time to improve efficiency. 4.Open system design can connect to diversified data formats and connect flexibly.

5.Double head drilling and milling.Double drilling package for simultaneous processing of side holes and vertical holes, greatly improving efficiency. Precision algorithm optimizes paths and streamlines movements.

6.After the plate is placed, the laser automatically detects the size of the plate. The same plate can be stacked up and processed simultaneously. The system can edit the plate processing path for direct processing, simplifying the replacement process.

Higerman CNC System

Drilling data can be imported using CAD, which is fast and convenient to operate. It can be matched with user production design management software. There is no need to input drilling data independently. Scan the code for fast processing, automatically load processing graphics files and generate processing programs.
