3.The machine uses professional imported software with automatic adjustment functions for engraving circles and squares. Its 5-axis linkage ensures perfect pattern transitions, with the central axis and X-axis precision controllable within 0.2mm and 0.2mm respectively.

4.The software is simple and flexible to operate; even computer novices can easily learn it in 3 hours. The software recognizes file formats such as EPS, PLT, DXF, AG6, and JPG. Engraving speed is fast, with fine and uniform dots; a typical smart mirror can be engraved in just 2-3 minutes. The machine consumes approximately 1 kWh per hour and operates on a 220V 50-60Hz power supply.

The bed features a brazed structure design, undergoing annealing to relieve internal stress before rough machining.

After secondary vibration failure treatment, it is machined using 5-axis CNC machining. This effectively resolves the stress generated by welding and machining, significantly improving the machine tool's stability.

Crossbeam: Lightweight and Highly Rigid
The crossbeam is made of aerospace-grade extruded aluminum with a box-type structure. It is lightweight, has excellent dynamic performance, and undergoes rough machining after stress relief, followed by a second vibration aging treatment and final machining. This ensures the overall strength, rigidity, and stability of the crossbeam.
