The working principle of CNC plasma cutting machine is to use high-temperature plasma arc as heat source to locally heat the metal material, melt it quickly and blow it off, so as to achieve the purpose of cutting. Plasma arc is a conductive channel composed of high-speed moving ions and electrons, with a temperature of up to tens of thousands of degrees Celsius, and has extremely high energy density and cutting ability.
During the cutting process, the CNC plasma cutting machine will automatically adjust the position and speed of the cutting head according to the preset cutting trajectory to ensure the accuracy and stability of the cutting. The smoke and exhaust gas generated during the cutting process will also be treated through a special exhaust system to meet environmental protection requirements.
