Equipment use:
This equipment is a dual-grinding and dual-polishing dry-and-wet belt machine. It is primarily designed to remove burrs, smooth workpiece edges, and deburr holes. Metal Sanding Machine can also refine the workpiece surface, making the contour edges around the surface and inside the holes smooth and rounded. Additionally, it achieves surface drawing, descaling, and polishing of metal plates. Burrs generated during processes such as stamping, shearing, laser cutting, and plasma cutting can be removed in all directions in a single pass. The processing procedure is safe and reliable, delivering a flawless finish to the workpiece.
Working principle of the equipment:
Metal Sanding Machine is designed for dry or wet processing applications. It begins with two sets of wide-width sand belt mechanisms that effectively remove slag particles, large flanges, and other significant burrs from the workpiece surface. Following this, two sets of fine sand belts are utilized to polish or brush the edges of the workpiece, resulting in a smooth and burr-free surface finish. Importantly, the coarse sand and fine sand stations can operate independently, enabling functions such as brushing, polishing, and descaling of metal plate surfaces. This equipment is ideal for a variety of non-wood metal materials, including stainless steel, iron plate, aluminum plate, magnesium plate, and more.
