1. Fuselage: The fuselage is finished by gantry milling, and the flatness tolerance is controlled within 5 wires (0.05mm).

2. Surface electroplating: All poles, guide rods, and universal joints are chrome-plated on the surface, with a thickness of 3-5 wires, to achieve aesthetics and anti-rust effects.

3. Electrical components: Aviation connectors are used for electrical connectors, with a service life of 50 years. The frequency converters of the main engine and plastic machine adopt INVT or Delta frequency converters, and the electrical control system adopts French Schneider brand. All air gun sockets are Weipu aviation sockets.

4. Blowing device: a 300-watt fan is installed at the front end of the machine, and the fan outlet is a custom- made bell mouth. The wind is concentrated to blow away the dust and impurities on the surface of the substrate to ensure that the surface of the substrate is clean and smooth, and the bonding quality is guaranteed.

5. Substrate preheating: The substrate is heated by the infrared heating lamp, and the preheating temperature is quickly reached in 3 seconds. The preheating angle of the substrate can be adjusted up and down, left and right to ensure the temperature balance of the substrate and the bonding quality.

6. Unwinding device: The tile-type air-inflating shaft is used to tighten the PVC film roll or veneer after being placed, and the magnetic powder brake with a cost of 1,000 yuan is used (some peers use pneumatic brakes or belt brakes). The left and right movement of the air expansion axis adopts a DC electric push rod, and the two buttons control the left and right translation of the air expansion axis respectively to achieve the alignment and correction of the membrane.

7. Melter glue machine, the glue supply is stable, glue is saved, glue is applied evenly, the speed of the glue machine is automatically adjusted according to the speed adjustment of the main machine and the change of glue width, no manual setting is required, it is simple and easy to understand, and the man-machine operation interface is friendly. The scraper is equipped with a graduated scale, so you can see the gluing width more accurately and intuitively.

8. Main roller device: It is used to laminate the large surface of glued PVC film or veneer and substrate, and it is the first step to start lamination. The whole device is attached to the rubber head bracket, which ensures the stability of the device. The steering mechanism is driven by a helical gearbox to ensure the accuracy and service life of the transmission.

9. Transmission device: Large helical gear box transmission is adopted, the main transmission shaft is a solid transmission shaft with a diameter of 30mm, and the motor is driven by a 1.5KW motor, with stable transmission and long service life.

10. The silicone pressure wheel produced by imported silicone is wear-resistant, has a long service life, does not degumming, and is aging-resistant.
